Directors / Volunteers Required
West Lothian Run are looking for New Directors to move
the team forward with innovative ideas which will Promote
fitness throughout the county and beyond. We meet monthly
within the Bathgate Partnership Centre. All work is done
on a Voluntary basis. If you can spare 1-2 hrs a month and
think you have something fresh to bring to the team we
would love to hear from you.
If you don't want to take on the responsibility of being a
Director, then why not be a volunteer on Race Days? We are
looking for local volunteers with the drive and enthusiasm
to assist on the morning of events. If you feel that is
you, please drop a mail to Lindsay Colman or Billy Weir
AGM
West Lothian Run held their AGM on Tuesday 31st
January 2012 at 7.00pm within Bathgate Partnership
Centre. Accounts were reviewed / approved and Board
Members elected. A date for the Half Marathon was
agreed (Sunday 10th June). Race fees were discussed
and prices reduced to reflect the current economic
climate.
Easter Run 2012 - April 8th
The 3rd annual Easter Run will take place at Beecraigs Country Park on Easter Sunday. As well as the 5k and 10k runs , we are keeping our shorter 2k run as well for the kids. There will also be the usual Easter egg hunt and Arts and Crafts to keep the kids busy and amused. Fit Kit will also be present . more..

Half Marathon 2012 - June 10th
Mark your Diaries... Sunday 10th June. As with the
Easter Run, this year we will be introducing a
2k, and 5k, making this a Family Event.
There will be Arts and Crafts for the kids and
possibly some bouncy castles as well (weather
dependent). Watch this space for more details
This year we are giving you the option of
whether you want a tshirt or not.
Please indicate on the registration form. (Pre-Order your
tshirts now). Only Tshirts that are
paid for by the 30th April will be available on
the day of the race, however we can arrange for
one to be sent to you at an additional cost
